Setting Up Your Garmin Device
To utilize your Nix Hydration Biosensor with your Garmin device(s) you will first need to ensure all your Garmin devices are connected and updated with your Garmin applications. After that, please follow instructions to link your device within Nix Solo and set up your Garmin Data Fields.
Ensure your Garmin Connect app is up to date.
Garmin Connect is the central hub for all things related to your Garmin devices. You use it to sync data from your device to the app, track your fitness activities, review your fitness data and more. It is also where you manage your Garmin device setting which includes notifications and alerts.

If you haven’t already, connect your Garmin Device(s) to your Garmin Connect profile.

Ensure your Garmin ConnectIQ app is up to date.
Garmin ConnectIQ is the app store for your Garmin device allowing you to customize it with apps, watchfaces, widgets and data fields. The datafield is how your fluid, electrolyte and sodium losses from your Nix Biosensor are shared to your devices, in real-time, during your workouts.

Once both these Garmin apps are updated, you’ll follow instructions to connect your Garmin devices to your Nix Solo App. Instructions can be found here.
