We want to ensure that you enjoy your Nix Hydration Biosensor product(s). Due to the personal nature of our product, we are only able to accept unopened and unused items that were purchased from our website within the last 30 days.
We will accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy:
For defective, damaged or incorrect items:
- If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will receive a replacement or full refund for the item, as described in our Refund Procedures.
- You must first initiate your return with our Customer Service team by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include your name, email, order number and reason for return.
- You must have purchased the item from us at www.nixbiosensors.com within 30 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you.
If you are entitled to a refund in connection with a return, the following conditions will apply:
- A refund will only be issued when a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item
- Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase.
- The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with respect to the item, as applicable.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping. Nix can provide a return shipping label at cost.
- Please allow time for the payment provider or credit card issuer to credit your account.
Retail Store Purchases
Items purchased at retail or online stores must be returned to the same company where you purchased them. Return policies may vary by retailer. Restocking fees may apply. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy information.
