Recommended for workouts of 45 minutes or longer, our lightweight durable hydration monitor quantifies when, what, and how much to drink (water or electrolytes) while analyzing your sweat moment-to-moment. The rechargeable pod clips onto a single-use sweat patch before the start of each workout to read and transmit data to the Nix app. It integrates with your smartphone or watch to deliver personal hydration data in real time providing hydration intelligence to improve your athletic performance, safety, and wellbeing.

The hydration biosensor comes with a rechargeable pod (weights less than .5 ounces), a charging case, cord and 4 sweat patches.

Battery life lasts up to 36 hours.

You must be actively sweating in order for the device to gather data.

Free shipping available for consumer orders to all US states with orders of $35 or more. Most orders ship via USPS Priority mail.

Shipping options available for Canada, APO/FPO, and US territories.

Hydration data is a must-have because it’s the single metric with the highest impact on performance and it's different for each workout

As an endurance triathlete we often call hydration the fourth pillar - it is just as important as the physical training itself!

There’s no piece of information that is more useful for training, recovery and competition than the hydration data that Nix delivers.

cool device

"I barely notice this biosensor is on my arm. It’s lightweight and unobtrusive. I can even wear it under long sleeves. The data is cool. My only complaint is that the stickiness of the patch caught my arm hair when I was taking it off"

Recommend to runners!

"I gave this a try and I was honestly shocked. I had no idea how many electrolytes I lose even on a moderate run. If you’re moving from road to trail, it’s incredibly helpful for understanding how much fuel your body really needs on longer runs. I’ve been running for years and tried plenty of gadgets, but this is the only one that actually tracks how many electrolytes you’re losing while you exercise. I recommend for runners!"

knowledge is power

"I knew i sweated a lot and used to weigh before and after but that only get's you so close to loss and you have to wait until you are done to find out. i also knew i had salty sweat but figured any electrolyte would work. with Nix i now can see how much fluid i'm losing in real time and up my intake AND i can see what i'm losing. i learned my electrolyte didn't have near enough salt and since switching to a max salt electrolyte and following the Nix drink prompts on my Garmin i feel great after 3 hour runs. this device is truly a game changer!"

"I just bought the sensor and its a great concept but there is much room for improvement. It says i can connect to apple watch but it isnt actually an option. There is nothing in the app to break down info and explain what it all means, you actually have to go to the website and search around for the info but there could be more. I huge disappointment is that its a money pit. The patches are one time use so you will spend a lot of money to gather some data. The patch works very well and no matter how sweaty i get it has stayed on. I like that it tells you losses but unfortunately the electrolyte loss doesn’t provide specifics. Since the patches are not reusable I wouldnt recommend this for long term use unless you want to spend a lot of money. With all that said, I will continue to test it out but not quite sure I’d recommend it to someone quite yet."

"Not pairing with phone when pairing the 1st time. I reached to Nix support and they helped me pair to my phone quickly."

Lost at least 5 patches

"Lost at least 5 patches as it didn’t connect to the app neither provide data at the end. Then I have to throw it away as it is not reusable. Very expensive for very little data. Do not recommend."

"I think the product can definitely be a little bit more modified to sync to certain devices and automatically no when your working out and which type if workouts. Pro’s- design is great. Great for marathon runners. Is pretty accurate when it come to the togal water loss and how much you should consume. Con’s- the adhesive doesn’t stick very good, it kept coming off and eventually stop working. Had to use 2 in one training seasion. It did not have alot of option for hydration products had to add mine ( Voli). I have to start the workout play for it to record, ( not too much of a problem but I completely forgot twice and it just erch me a bit. And lastly going back to my earlier point it doesn’t stick very good and when the package doesn’t come with alot it can become expensive very quick. Just bying the skin patches. But overall i think its a great product the thought is there for it to be something that a lot of athletes use such as myself but there’s definitely room for improvemen"
