Editing Workouts

Update workouts with accurate pace, fluid intake, and more

The workout editing function gives you the ability to tag your workouts, adjust your pace, input fluid consumption, log your RPE, and add notes. Once you've finished editing your workout, regenerate your shareable workout graphic to reflect the most up to date data. Don't forget that you can also easily export your workout to share with a coach or a friend.

Step 1:

Ensure you have the most recent app version. The workout editing feature is available on app version 2.23 or newer.

Step 2:

Within the Nix Solo app, navigate to Insights > Workouts. Identify the workout you are looking to edit. Click on the workout tile.

Step 3:

In the upper right corner, toggle on the Show Editable switch. This will reveal a pencil next to any field that is editable.

Step 4:

Click on the field(s) to edit. A popup will appear allowing you to make your selection.

Editable options include:
Rename workout, add tags, adjust pace, input fluids, enter RPE and include workout notes

Step 5:

You are finished. If you edited your pace, the app will recalculate your respiratory losses and update your total fluid losses. Additionally, you can generate a new shareable graphic.
