Editing Workouts

Update workouts with accurate pace, fluid intake, and more

The workout editing function gives you the ability to tag your workouts, adjust your pace, input fluid consumption, log your RPE, and add notes. Once you've finished editing your workout, regenerate your shareable workout graphic to reflect the most up to date data. Don't forget that you can also easily export your workout to share with a coach or a friend.

Step 1:

Ensure you have the most recent app version. The workout editing feature is available on app version 2.23 or newer.

Step 2:

Within the Nix Solo app, navigate to Insights > Workouts. Identify the workout you are looking to edit. Click on the workout tile.

Step 3:

Select the pencil icon to begin editing the workout.

Options available to:
rename workout, add tags, adjust pace, input fluids, enter RPE and include workout notes.

Step 4:

Once you've finished editing your workout, select Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.

Step 5:

After your changes have been saved, you can regenerate your updated workout graphic by selecting the button at the bottom of the screen.
