How to Submit a Help Ticket

Share details of your specific workout and app experience.

Looking for feedback or assistance from the Nix team? The best way to contact us about a recent workout or in-app experience is to submit a ticket directly through Nix Solo. Doing so, provides us with more precise data to review your specific workout, connectivity concerns, or help you navigate your questions. You can also send us a recommendation for a new feature or enhancement too.

Step 1:

Within Nix Solo, navigate to Settings > Help > Contact Us.

Step 2:

Begin filling out the Contact Us form with the pertinent details related to your question or inquiry.

Make sure to confirm the right email to use for communication. Select the issue type category that best suits the reason for contacting us.

Step 3:

Please provide as much detail as possible for us to review.

For example, “During my long run on 6/1, around the 90 minute mark I stopped receiving notifications from the Nix Solo app. At the conclusion of my workout, I was able to see my total fluid and electrolyte losses without an issue.”


Once complete select Submit Ticket.

Step 4:

After your ticket is submitted successfully you’ll see a confirmation message. Additionally you will receive an email confirmation.

Step 5:

A representative from Nix will reach out to you within 2-4 business days after you submit your ticket. Communication will come from help@nixbiosensors.com. If you have any other questions or are unable to submit a ticket you can email that address at any time.
